For It guy such things are obvious, but when I get Excel file I was shock that simple data could be in such big mess. I had to spend a few days to make it useful. So next time I will create www site to enter information as we need. With strong format and data control. You can do it with www, but not with Excel file…
The second thing is that when you set time line of the project we should control people not when we close to the end but on each stage – each month for example. Then we can avoid situation that 1 month before all things are not ready. Well, I know now that IT project manager is not easy job.
